Return Policy
More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look right, please contact us at infowagalotbowwow@gmail.com and we will try to make it right!
Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below:
- Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- We do NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
- WagALotBowWow will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color.
- Pre-print of the wrong size or color can be done for a small fee plus shipping costs of the reprint item.
- For Print-on-demand products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
- All Print On Demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you the customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.
- Orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double-check all details before completing the order.
- Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please notify us through email with pictures to infowagalotbowwow@gmail.com
- If a donation to a charity is made and you are due a refund, you will get the price of the item refunded but not any donations made. Donations are irrevocable gifts.
- Custom Items with your image can not be returned. We do our best to send mock-ups for approval before printing. Once approved by the customer and the item is then printed, No refunds will be issued.
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any products that have been used, are dirty, have dog hair on them, or are returned without original packaging or damaged packaging are not accepted.
- There are no restocking fees on brand-new items returned in new, resellable condition.
Refused / Return To Sender: If you refuse an order or send the order back as a return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping. No exceptions.
If the Customer is due a refund, the refund should be expected within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your receipt, or your order number, name, address, and reason for return with the item being returned.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
